3 Low-Cost Airlines Tested
A comprehensive UX case study on 3 Low-Cost Airlines
“Low-cost airlines are all the rage right now, but does low-cost also mean ‘low-usability’?”
In this study, we performed an usability test on websites of several low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Easyjet. Since we asked testers to order a ticket starting at Brussels Airport, we also included Brussels Airlines in the mix.
How to handle loyalty programs without making it confusing for your customers? What kind of language should I use? What do customers think about website loading times or my product options? All these questions are addressed in this study.
In this UX study, you will learn:
how usability testing can be applied for competitor research
why measuring behaviour is important to improve website quality
what are the different usability issues we discovered across the 3 airline websites
which website came out on top in terms of usability and user feedback
how you can start your own usability testing quickly and easily with UXprobe
